  • Come down to the gym, meet your coach and together you can start to develop your results based plan.

Expert Coaching

Every session on the 30 day kickstart is coach led, so you will never be left in the gym on your own, not knowing what to do, this ensures quality movement, resulting in less injuries and increased calorie burn.

Community & Support

Yes, we want to support people getting fitter, stronger and healthier, but we also want to have fun. During the 30 days you will become a member of a tight knit group who are always striving to be better, whilst having a laugh along the way.

What do we want?

Our main aim is to give our members the tools, guidance and motivation to achieve their fitness goals, so they not only save themselves the stress of going it alone, but that they get the results they want.

30 Day Kickstart, why us?

Access to 20 Coached/Training Sessions
Work closely with our world-class coaches with access to upto 20 coaching sessions (upto 5 per week). With a trainer guiding & coaching you for every session to ensure you are trained to our high standards.

Full Movement Screening
An assessment will be conducted in your first week where we will assess your movement, strength, and flexibility. This allows us to ensure we can tailor the plan specifically for you from the off.

Nutrition Coaching & Planning
You’ll receive personalised nutritional recommendations and advice via our core 4 principles and also , through the SCVF Membership Hub making changes to your diet as simple as possible.

Dedicated Support
One of our coaches will be assigned to your as your personal coach, providing support and advice whenever needed.

Beyond the Gym
Support like you’ve never had it before. We provide support, education, and accountability. Our coaches – and the rest of the SC Vital Fitness team – have your back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be fit?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

What if I have aches or pains?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with slight joint niggles – so you’re in good hands!

What if I register then change my mind?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

What happens after the 30 day kickstart?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that SC Vital Fitness isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

What if I need to miss days during the 30-day trial?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

What if I am already a member of SC Vital Fitness?

All Personal Training members are able to talk to their coach about the nutrition/training courses we have available at the facility.
